- How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders for the Spanish Peninsula usually take between 24 - 72 working hours as long as there are no complications or delays in transit. For shipments outside Spain, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You can consult us for more information.

- Is there a minimum purchase? Who can buy?

Yes, there is a minimum purchase of €4 + VAT. You can buy whether you are private or professional.

- Can the products be exchanged or returned?

All our articles have an exchange and return guarantee as long as the articles are in perfect condition and have not been tampered with.

Your invoice will automatically arrive by email once your order has been prepared.

- Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, shipments are made to practically the whole world. Just enter your shipping address at checkout and the program will automatically calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of the package. If your country is not included, please contact us and we will consult if it is possible to make the shipment.

- I have received my package in poor condition, what can I do?

We protect all our packages using thick packaging plastic and/or bubble wrap so that the content does not suffer during transport.

In addition, the transport agencies with which we work are usually careful with packages.

If even so your package has arrived in poor condition, open or damaged, it is very important that you take some photographs before opening it and send them to us so that we can file an incident with the transport agency.

- Several days have passed since I placed my order and I still have not received it. What can I do?

Get in touch with us and we will see what has happened to your package. Remember that when you place your order, it is very important that you provide us with all the information you can to facilitate the delivery of your package and avoid delays and unnecessary procedures.


- One of your products says that it is deferred shipping, what does this mean?

The products marked with deferred shipping mode are requested on demand directly from the manufacturer once the order is completed, which is why the delivery times of these products are longer than usual (approx. 20 days), depending on the manufacturer's availability.

If your order includes products in stock and products with deferred shipping, we will make two shipments. One with the products we have in stock, and another once we receive the merchandise. In this way you will not have to wait until the order is complete to receive it.

This shipping method will not be valid for shipments with payment method cash on delivery. In this case, the entire order will be sent once it is complete in a single shipment.


- I placed an order and I have selected Bank Transfer as the payment method. Where can I see the bank details to make the transfer?

- I have doubts about the color of the skin that I see on my screen. Is it reliable?

Each and every one of the images that appear on the web have been taken by professional photographers and equipment, adapted, calibrated and optimized to true true color. The color is true to 95% of the actual skin color. It also depends a lot on the resolution or color of the screen of your device.

- Do you buy furs?

Yes, we also offer the fur purchase service. If you have any stock of skins that you are no longer going to use and want to sell them, we will buy them for you. Get in touch with us through any of our means of communication and we will study your case.

- Do you send samples?

In case you have doubts we can send you some samples of what you need. You would only have to pay the shipping costs, which in this case would be €6. To do this, you must contact us and provide us with the references of the items you are interested in and the shipping address.

- What does the measure feet2 mean ?

- I bought a skin in my previous order that I really liked and I want to order it again, but it is no longer in the catalog. Because?

At La Tendeta del Cuero we are committed to the reuse of leather and its recycling, which is why almost all our leathers are used. We give a second life to that leather that was forgotten or that was going to be destroyed and we put it back on the market, thus reducing the production of leather and, consequently, reducing pollution to the planet.

But of course, that also has a small negative part, and that is that the skins have a limited stock. That is, once they have been sold there is no possibility of replacement. We may have something similar, but not the same.

If you are looking for a skin and cannot find it, contact us and we can find something as similar as possible for you.

- How are web filters used?

At La Tendeta del Cuero we have hundreds of different products, so sometimes it is a bit tedious to search for a specific product. To facilitate this search we have some filters that will help you to show only the specific products that you are looking for.

We have filters by Color, Skin Type, Size, Thickness, Touch, Measures, Price, …. If, for example, what you are looking for is a piece of black beef, you can filter by Color 'Black' and Skin Type 'Bovine'. In this way you will only see the pieces that are in Vacuno Negro. You can refine the search using the rest of the filters.
