Shipping, changes and returns
STANDARD DELIVERIES
At La Tendeta del Cuero we know that you want to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we offer an Express package delivery service. We work with the best national and international delivery agencies to guarantee you the best and fastest delivery.
Shipments to the Peninsula of products in stock usually take between 24/72 Working Hours (Monday to Friday), except for special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas or other campaigns where delivery times may vary due to saturation of delivery companies.
DEFERRED SHIPMENTS
The products marked with deferred shipping modality or on request are requested directly from the manufacturer once the order has been completed, which is why the delivery times of these products are longer than usual (approx. 15 days), depending on the availability of the maker.
If your order includes products in stock and products with deferred shipping, we will make two shipments. One with the products we have in stock, and another once we receive the merchandise. In this way you will not have to wait until the order is complete to receive it.
This shipping method will not be valid for shipments with payment method cash on delivery. In this case, the entire order will be sent once it is complete in a single shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our items have an exchange and return guarantee. For this, the articles must be in perfect condition and cannot have been manipulated or used.
We will ONLY be responsible for the shipping costs caused by the return / exchange when the products received are in poor condition or are not those selected by the customer in their order. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We DO NOT accept changes or returns on international shipments or outside the Peninsula.

The payment of the return will be made once the merchandise is received and reviewed. It will be paid by the same payment method that the order was made.
The maximum period for changes or returns is 30 calendar days from the date you received the order.
