Shipping, changes and returns

STANDARD SHIPPING

At La Tendeta del Cuero, we know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we offer an Express package delivery service. We work with the best national and international delivery agencies to guarantee you the best and fastest delivery. Plus, you choose who you want to deliver your package to your home. Select your preferred agency during checkout.

Usually, shipments to mainland Spain for in-stock products typically take between 24 and 72 business hours (Monday to Friday), except during special campaigns like Black Friday, Christmas, or other campaigns where delivery times may vary due to carrier overload.

DEFERRED SHIPPING

Products marked with deferred shipping or on-demand are ordered directly from the manufacturer once the order is placed. This means that delivery times for these products are longer than usual (approx. 7-10 business days), depending on manufacturer availability.

If your order includes both in-stock products and products with deferred shipping, we will offer you the option of two shipments: one with the products we have in stock, and another once we receive the deferred items. This way, you won't have to wait for the entire order to be complete to receive part of it. Alternatively, you can choose to wait for all items to be available and receive them all in a single shipment.

The first shipment will be made through the shipping agency selected by the customer. The second shipment will be managed by us through the shipping agency we designate.

We will contact you to see which option you prefer. If we are unable to contact you, a single shipment will be made once all items are available.

This shipping method will not be valid for cash-on-delivery orders or shipments outside of mainland Spain. In these cases, the entire order will be shipped in a single delivery once it is complete.

International shipments may be subject to additional charges, as well as import duties, customs fees, taxes, etc. Please check with your customs office for more information.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All our items have an exchange and return guarantee, except for those marked with the label ON DEMAND. These items cannot be exchanged or returned. For returns and exchanges, items must be in perfect condition and must not have been tampered with or used.

 

We will ONLY be responsible for shipping costs incurred for returns/exchanges when the products received are in poor condition or are not what the customer selected in their order. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

If an order is returned for reasons beyond our control (such as an incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect), the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount for the order.

 

We do NOT accept exchanges or returns for international shipments or shipments outside of mainland Spain.

The refund for the return will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

 

The maximum period for exchanges or returns is 30 calendar days from the date you received the order.
