Shipping, changes and returns
STANDARD SHIPPING
At La Tendeta del Cuero, we know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we offer an Express package delivery service. We work with the best national and international delivery agencies to guarantee you the best and fastest delivery. Furthermore, you choose who you want to deliver your package to your home. Select your preferred agency during the checkout process.
Normally, shipments to the Peninsula of in-stock products usually take between 24 and 72 working hours (Monday to Friday), except during special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other campaigns where delivery times may vary due to saturation of delivery companies.
DEFERRED SHIPMENTS
Products marked as deferred shipping or on order are ordered on demand directly from the manufacturer once the order is finalized. Therefore, delivery times for these products are longer than usual (approx. 7 - 10 business days), depending on manufacturer availability.
If your order includes both in-stock products and products with deferred shipping, we will offer you the possibility of making two shipments. One with the products we have in stock, and another once we receive the deferred merchandise. This way, you won't have to wait until the entire order is complete to receive it. Alternatively, you can wait until all items are available and receive them all in a single shipment.
The first shipment will be made through the transport agency selected by the customer. The second shipment will be managed by us through the transport agency we designate.
We will contact you to see which option you prefer. If we are unable to contact you, a single shipment will be made once all items are available.
This shipping method will not be valid for cash-on-delivery shipments or shipments outside the Peninsula. In this case, the entire order will be sent in a single shipment once it is complete.
International shipments may be subject to additional charges such as import duties, customs, taxes, etc. Please check with your customs office for more information.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
All our items have a change and return guarantee except those marked with the label ON ORDER. These items cannot be exchanged or returned. For returns and exchanges, items must be in perfect condition and must not have been tampered with or used.
ONLY will we cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges when the received products are in poor condition or are not those selected by the customer in their order. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If an order is returned for reasons beyond our control (such as an incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect), return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the order.
WE DO NOT accept exchanges or returns on international shipments or shipments outside the Peninsula.

The refund will be issued once the merchandise is received and reviewed. It will be refunded using the same payment method as the original order.
The maximum period for exchanges or returns is 14 days from the date you received the order.
