Shipping, changes and returns
STANDARD SHIPPING
At La Tendeta del Cuero, we know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we offer an Express parcel delivery service. We work with the best national and international courier services to guarantee you the fastest and best delivery. Plus, you choose who you want to deliver your package to your home. Select your preferred courier during the checkout process.
Shipments to the Peninsula of products in stock usually take between 24 / 72 Business Hours (Monday to Friday), except for special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas or other campaigns where delivery times may vary due to saturation of the delivery companies.
DEFERRED SHIPPING
Products marked with deferred shipping or made-to-order are ordered on demand directly from the manufacturer once the order is completed; this is why the delivery times for these products are longer than usual (approx. 7 - 10 working days), depending on the manufacturer's availability.
If your order includes both in-stock items and items with delayed shipping, we'll offer you the option of splitting it into two shipments. One shipment will contain the items we have in stock, and the other will arrive once we receive the remaining stock. This way, you won't have to wait until your entire order is ready. Alternatively, you can wait until all items are in stock and receive them all in a single shipment.
The first shipment will be made through the transport agency selected by the customer. The second shipment will be handled by us through the transport agency we designate.
We will contact you to see which option you prefer. If we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with a single shipment once all items are available.
This shipping method is not valid for cash on delivery orders or shipments outside of mainland Spain. In these cases, the entire order will be shipped in a single package once it is complete.
International shipments may be subject to additional charges as well as import duties, customs fees, taxes, etc. Check with your customs office for more information.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All our items have a return and exchange guarantee, except for those marked "MADE TO ORDER ." These items cannot be exchanged or returned . For returns and exchanges, items must be in perfect condition and must not have been used or altered.
We will ONLY cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges when the products received are damaged or are not the ones selected by the customer in their order. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on international shipments or shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula.

The refund will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected. It will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
The maximum period for exchanges or returns is 30 calendar days from the date you received the order.
