Shipping, changes and returns
STANDARD SHIPPING
At La Tendeta del Cuero, we know you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, which is why we offer an express package delivery service. We work with the best national and international delivery agencies to guarantee the best and fastest delivery. Plus, you choose who you want to deliver your package to your home. Choose your preferred delivery company during the checkout process.
Typically, shipments of in-stock products to the Peninsula take between 24 and 72 business hours (Monday to Friday), except for special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other campaigns where delivery times may vary due to the saturation of delivery companies.
DEFERRED SHIPMENTS
Products marked with delayed shipping or on-demand shipping are ordered directly from the manufacturer after the order is placed. Therefore, delivery times for these products are longer than usual (approximately 10-12 days), depending on the manufacturer's availability.
If your order includes both in-stock and delayed-ship items, we offer the option of sending it in two shipments. One with the items we have in stock, and the other once we receive the merchandise. This way, you won't have to wait until the entire order is ready to receive it. Or, you can wait until all the items are ready and receive them all in one order.
The first shipment will be made through the shipping agency selected by the customer. The second shipment will be managed by us through the shipping agency we designate.
We will contact you to see which option you prefer. If we cannot contact you, a single shipment will be made once all items are received.
This shipping method will not be valid for cash-on-delivery shipments or shipments outside the Peninsula. In these cases, the entire order will be sent in a single shipment once it is complete.
International shipments may be subject to additional charges, including import duties, customs fees, taxes, and so on. Consult your customs office for more information.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All of our items are guaranteed exchangeable and refundable, except for those labeled "Made to Order ." These items cannot be exchanged or returned . For returns and exchanges, items must be in perfect condition and must not have been tampered with or used.
We will ONLY be responsible for shipping costs incurred for returns/exchanges when the products received are in poor condition or are not the ones selected by the customer in their order. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on international shipments or shipments outside the Peninsula.

The refund will be refunded once the merchandise has been received and inspected. It will be paid using the same payment method used to place the order.
The maximum period for exchanges or returns is 30 calendar days from the date you received the order.
